I’m a big NPR news fan and I try to catch the morning and evening news. If I miss some stories, I check the RSS feed and catch up there. The Flash player used to be fairly rudimentary but about two months ago they fancied it up with features such as a queue, most popular, and buttons to get links or to email stories. It’s a pretty nice player and I really like having a queue. I can load it up with interesting stories and let it roll. If the house is empty of loud children, I’ll stream it to the stereo with Airfoil and Airport Express. It all works great.

Hey,
Thanks for the info on this. I haven’t looked at the NPR player for a long time, and you’re right. The new player is great.
I’ve been able to listen to several short articles that I would have previously missed because they are only podcasted as part of the whole, longer show.
Now if I could get Flash on my iPhone, I could bring these things everywhere.
