It all goes to show, the more government taxes, and spreads the largess, the more corruption ensues. Why else would rational people spend millions to earn thousands? (OK, a few are actually interested in serving.) Lower the taxes, quit taking from Peter to benefit Paul, and graft, selling of benefits, etc., will diminish, if not disappear.
